LARCHWOOD—A 47-year-old Sioux Falls, SD, lady was arrested about 12:25 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25, on a Lyon County warrant for fifth-degree theft.
The arrest of Krista Kay Pedersen stemmed from her stealing a tester bottle of fragrance, My Burberry, from the present store at Grand Falls On line casino & Golf Resort northwest of Larchwood about 7 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 13, based on the Lyon County Sheriff’s Workplace.
The fragrance was valued at $299.
Fifth-degree theft costs contain incidents by which the worth of the stolen property is estimated at lower than $300.
A warrant for Pedersen’s arrest was issued Oct. 15.
She was arrested on the Lake County Jail in Madison, SD.
